Shipping, delivery & returns
Shipping Costs
For orders over €200.00, shipping within Germany is free.
For orders under €200.00, shipping costs are:
Germany: €6.90
Europe: €15.90
Switzerland: €15.90
UK: €27.90
Deliveries to countries not listed here require an inquiry. Unfortunately, shipping to packing stations or PO boxes is not possible.
Shipping Time
Delivery time depends on the payment method. For payments via PayPal or credit card, ordered items are usually delivered (if available) within 1-3 business days. For payments via advance bank transfer, products are only shipped after receipt of payment.
If goods are unavailable, we will inform the buyer(s) as soon as possible and ship available products in advance.
As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, an email with a tracking link will be automatically sent.
Shipping Provider
We work with DHL and ship all orders this way.
If you exercise your legally enshrined right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the items.
In case of delivery errors or defective items, we will intervene and naturally cover the complete costs for the return of the goods.
Complaint
Please send an email to shop@mariemorenz.de with a short description of how the defect occurred. We will respond as quickly as possible with an appropriate simple and quick solution.
Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties and fees may apply.
